The Cross-Border Institute · Tax · Capital · Trade
One discipline, studied in depth: the border.
AG6 Research works on cross-border matters and nothing else — the treaties, tax systems, exchange control, transfer pricing and trade rules that govern capital, goods and people as they move between jurisdictions. Seventeen research programmes, 195 jurisdictions, one focused body of work.
The institution behind the research
AG6 Research is the cross-border research arm of Silversix Consultant and Silversix Labs — an independent programme backed by partner firms in the United Kingdom and the United States.
About AG6 Research
An institute built for one thing:
the cross-border transaction.
Most institutions treat the border as one topic among many. We treat it as the whole subject. AG6 Research exists because the rules that govern capital, goods and people moving between jurisdictions have grown too intricate to be a side-desk — they deserve an institute of their own.
AG6 Research is the cross-border research arm of Silversix Consultant and Silversix Labs, backed by partner firms in the United Kingdom and the United States.
We were founded on a simple observation from practice: the hardest questions our advisers faced were never confined to one country. An Indian company acquiring a Singapore business, a family office spanning four jurisdictions, an exporter meeting a carbon border tax — each sat in the gaps between tax systems, treaties and exchange-control regimes, where no single country's guidance was enough.
So we built a body of work for exactly those gaps. Our research councils publish on a fixed calendar, cite to primary source, and date every paper to the law considered. The advisory that puts the research to work lives at Silversix.pro; the international tools that operationalise it live at Silversix Labs.
A programme of Silversix Consultant & Silversix Labs · Backed by UK & US firms
To make cross-border law legible.
To turn the tangle of treaties, tax rules, exchange controls and trade regimes into research that a practitioner, a regulator or a business can actually use — accurate, current, and open to everyone who needs it.
The reference institute for the borderless economy.
A world where any cross-border transaction — in any of 195 jurisdictions — can be understood from a single, trustworthy body of research, so that capital moves lawfully, efficiently and with confidence.

Seventeen programmes.
One field of study: the border.
We took a wider agenda and cut everything that wasn't cross-border. What remains are the seventeen programmes that govern how capital, goods and people move between jurisdictions — each led by a research council, published on a fixed calendar, and cross-referenced against the Country Intelligence Hub.
